STL Windows Direct “Hockey Tickets Giveaway” Official Rules

Eligibility: The STL Windows Direct “ Hockey Tickets Giveaway ” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the State of Missouri who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of STL Windows Direct and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by STL Windows Direct, 11088 Millpark Drive, Suite 138, Maryland Heights, Missouri 63043.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on February 15 at 12:00 AM CT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Visit https://www.facebook.com/STLWindowsDirect/ and complete the entry form with your name, address, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize Drawing: On or about February 17, 2024, STL Windows Direct will select the potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
Prizes: Two (2) rinkside tickets to attend the Blues vs. Islanders hockey game on February 22, 2024 at 8 PM. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $330
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted by February 19, 2024, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, STL Windows Direct may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, STL Windows Direct may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes; or (b) award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless STL Windows Direct and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Sweepstakes Results: For Sweepstakes results, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to STL Windows Direct “ Hockey Tickets Giveaway ” Results, 11088 Millpark Drive, Suite 138, Maryland Heights, Missouri 63043. Requests must be received within three days after the end of the Entry Period.
